Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms cover your use of AI Voice Cloning, the voice cloning studio and the plans sold through Stripe.
1. The service
AI Voice Cloning lets a signed-in user upload a reference recording, build a voice embedding (a voice slot) and render written scripts in that voice. Renders are queued on shared capacity and delivered as audio downloads.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for the accuracy of the information attached to it.
3. Voice rights and consent
You may clone a voice only if you own it or hold explicit, written permission from the speaker. By uploading a sample you confirm that you hold those rights. Cloning voices of public figures for endorsement, deceptive content, fraud or harassment is prohibited, and such slots may be removed without notice.
4. Generated content
You own the renders you produce from your own or properly licensed voices, subject to these terms and to Stripe payment. You are responsible for how the generated audio is used and for complying with the law in your jurisdiction.
5. Plans and billing
Plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis. Renders included in a plan reset each period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal content, impersonation with intent to deceive, misinformation, or any use that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability
Cloning runs on shared GPU capacity, so renders may wait in a queue. The service is provided as is, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific queue time.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
