This policy explains what data the service collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Account data from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile picture), billing data handled by our payment processor Stripe (we never store full card numbers), and usage data about your voice slots and renders.
2. Voice samples and renders
Reference recordings you upload, the resulting voice embeddings and the audio renders produced from them are stored so the studio can work and so you can re-download results. Deleting a voice slot removes its embedding from your library.
3. How we use data
To operate the service, run cloning jobs, compute billing, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your recordings to train models for other customers.
4. Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of providers: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and cloud hosting for the service, its storage and its database. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the service.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Voice slots and renders are kept until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will handle the request within the time required by applicable law.
